Biography

Bruce L. Lawless Jr. is an associate attorney with Musulin Groves & Greenfield, where he focuses his practice exclusively on family law. As a first-generation college graduate and attorney, Bruce brings the same determination and perseverance that defined his own journey to his current work advocating for and guiding clients through complex family matters.

Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, after graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Anthropology. During his second year of law school, he discovered his passion for family law through an internship at Musulin Groves & Greenfield, where he saw firsthand the meaningful impact skilled and compassionate legal advocacy has on families navigating challenging transitions.

To broaden his understanding of family law and the judicial process, Bruce served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Linda A. Hynes, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part. In that role, he refined his legal research and writing skills, analyzed evidence, reviewed motions, and drafted orders. Bruce gained valuable insights into judicial decision-making related to a wide variety of family law matters, including custody, divorce, military divorce, child support, spousal support, post-judgment modification and enforcement, and college expenses.

At Musulin, Groves & Greenfield, Bruce approaches every case with care, precision, and empathy. He understands that effective representation requires not only legal skill but also the ability to guide clients through some of life's most challenging moments with clarity and compassion. Bruce works tirelessly to ensure each of his client’s voices is heard and their interests are protected at every stage of the process, whether in negotiation or litigation.

Outside of his practice, Bruce – a South Jersey native - enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and 76ers with his wife and son.
