Christopher R. Musulin, Esq., Bailey Gunner, Esq., and Law Student Emma Carabello have had their co-authored article titled “Parental-Child Contact Problems: Identifying, Classifying, and Resolving PCCP in Family Court” published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer, Vol. 42, No. 6 – February 2026.

Christina Groves is honored to be reappointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the Family Practice Committee for the 2025-2027 term.

Christopher Musulin is honored to be reappointed as Co-Chair of the Family Practice Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association for the 2025-2026 term.

Kimberly Greenfield has been selected to serve as a Member on the NJSBA Family Law Executive Committee for the 2025-2026 term.

Christopher Musulin has been approved by the Court as a Court-Approved Parenting Coordinator including a domestic violence designation so that he is also able to handle parenting coordination matter with parents who also have domestic violence issues or restraining order/s.

In December 2024, Chris served as the moderator for the Burlington County Bar Association’s presentation on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Kimberly Greenfield, Esq., presented at the annual New Jersey State Bar Family Law Hot Tips Seminar on October 14, 2024, “Family Law Hot Tips – Let’s Talk About Tech,” by speaking about “recordings in domestic violence matters.

In September 2024, Chris Musulin served as the moderator of the annual Bench Bar meeting between the family law attorneys in Burlington County, the judges assigned to the family bench, the Assignment Judge of Burlington County and members of Family Case Management to discuss matters of importance among the Bench and Bar. Chris has organized and moderated these annual meetings for over fifteen years.

In June 2024, Chris Musulin was selected again to serve as the Co-Chair of the BCBA Bench Bar Chairman and has been assisting the bench with the MESP program and recruiting additional panelists.
