Our founding Partner, Christopher R. Musulin, Esq., has just been honored with the 2024 Martin L. Haines Award, the Burlington County Bar Association’s Highest Award, for having qualities of professional dedication, knowledge, integrity, scholarship and service. The award is given annually to a professional whose qualities most exemplify those of the late Honorable Judge Haines. Chris thanks his legal team who have supported him in all of his professional endeavors in more ways than one. There will be a formal BCBA dinner presentation for Chris in April 2024.

The article “Time to Retire the Mandated MESP Program” co-authored by Christopher Musulin, Esq. and Kimberly Greenfield, Esq., attorneys at Musulin Law Firm, has been published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer, Vol. 42., No. 1 – February 2024. Congratulations to them both.

Christopher Musulin was the Moderator for the “Cohabitation and Alimony” seminar by the Burlington County Bar Association, Family Law Section, on December 6, 2023. Christina Groves, Esq. was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court , Family Practice Committee, for the term beginning Sept. 2023.

Christopher Rade Musulin just completed a ten-year term of service on the New Jersey Supreme Court Family Practice Committee. Chris was also reappointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee where he will serve as the Chair of the Bench Bar Relations Subcommittee. He will also continue serving on the Child Support Guidelines Taskforce and serve as the County Liaison between FLEC and the BCBA. Mr. Musulin has been reappointed as the Co-Chair of the Burlington County Family Law Committee for the 2023-2024 term.

Senior Associate Kimberly Greenfield was appointed to serve on the Non-Dissolution (FD) Committee of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Christopher R. Musulin, Esquire, is moderating a Session 1 of the Burlington County Bar Association’s 2022 CLE Zoom Extravaganza. Mr. Musulin has organized a seminar section titled” Tax Issues in Family Law Case” during which a Superior Court Judge and two Forensic Accountants will speak and present on the impact of the current economy on business valuations and cash flow. Topics include the impact of inflation, interest rates, supply chain issues and the great resignation.
