Mr. Musulin has been reappointed to the NJSBA Family Law Executive Committee (FLEC) and will continue to be the liaison to Burlington County for the 2011-2012 year. He is also a member of the By-Laws and Children's Rights Subcommittees of FLEC for 2011-2012.

What's happening in February 2011 at Musulin Law Firm?
Christopher Musulin, Esquire, and Christina Fulton, Esquire, coauthored and submitted for publication to the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a comprehensive article on the use of Protective Orders in matrimonial matters. The New Jersey Family Lawyer is the leading family law publication in New Jersey published by the New Jersey State Bar Association. Publication is expected in March 2011.
On February 16th, 2011, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Mr. Musulin has organized and will serve as the moderator of the next Burlington County Bar Association Bench/Bar Family Law Seminar. The meeting will be held at the Burlington County Courts Facility in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. The Seminar will address the following topics and more: Ending a Civil Union or Domestic Partnership, as well as Same Sex Adoptions.
On February 15th, 2011, Mr. Musulin will be attending the next Family Law Executive Committee, New Jersey State Bar Association, as the Burlington County liaison to the state bar.

In October, Mr. Musulin will be speaking at the Joint Burlington County and Camden County Family Law Committee Serminar on the topic of “Recent Case Law – Arbitration after Fawzy – Recent developments or issues to be aware of.” -
What's happening in June 2010 with Christopher Musulin?
On June 5, 2010, Christopher Musulin was recognized as an AAML-Certified Arbitrator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. For litigants who opt for a Family Law Arbitrator to decide their family law matter rather than going to court, arbitration is another form of alternative dispute resolution, and has recently been expanded by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a method to resolve disputes regarding custody, visitation and child support.
