South Jersey Family Law Attorneys

Recognized experts dedicated to serving you.

Christopher Rade Musulin  is considered among the county's top practitioners of Family Law, one of the reasons he's a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). The small numbers of such Fellows across America are generally recognized by judges and other attorneys as pre-eminent family law attorneys who provide clients with advice backed up by only the highest levels of knowledge, skill and integrity. Christopher has also supplemented his law practice with publishing numerous Family Law articles.

Christopher is a skilled litigator who's gone to trial dozens of times; however, he always aims to find the least disruptive and most cost-efficient way of dealing with your problems. He looks for solutions which will be in your best interests, as well as those of any children involved, while trying to avoid wasting time or money. For this reason, his practice spans the gamut of Family Law from litigation to mediation.

Christopher has specialized in Family Law since 1988. He also maintains a separate matrimonial mediation practice, being duly certified by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. He has also served as an Early Matrimonial Settlement Panelist in Burlington County for over 15 years and sat on various blue ribbon arbitration panels for Burlington Court Judges. Appointed as Guardian Ad Litem in numerous custody matters, he has been selected by individual clients as a matrimonial arbitrator and mediator.
