Christopher Musulin, specializing in Divorce, all Family Law matters and Divorce Mediation since 1988, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and has been recently recognized in NJBiz as one of New Jersey's Top Mediators Family/Divorce 2008 and in South Jersey Magazine as an "Awesome Attorney" for 2008, 2009 and 2010. Mr. Musulin believes that being an effective lawyer isn't limited to just representing clients but being dedicated to one's profession. His dedication to all matters regarding Family Law and helping families and people experiencing divorce is evident by viewing not only his credentials listed below, but the time he's spent at speaking engagements, writing articles, and his involvement in numerous bar association committees and activities.
As a result of his complete involvement, Attorney Christopher Musulin is highly skilled and experienced in trial litigation and is able to handle any and all issues related to Divorce, Family Law, and Divorce Mediation and no matter how complex. He is assertive, organized, and extremely competent. He has crafted his law firm to remain smaller so that he can work with people and families in a personal and private setting.
Drawing clients both nationally as well as from all over New Jersey, he looks for solutions which will be in your best interests, as well as those of your children, and problem solving which is also cost-effective and time efficient. For this reason, his practice spans the gamut of family law from litigation to mediation, since he is also duly certified by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) is a small group of lawyers across America who are generally recognized by judges and other attorneys as pre-eminent family law attorneys who provide clients with advice backed up by the highest levels of knowledge, skill and integrity. His contributions to family law and charitable organizations were publicly acknowledged as early as 1993 when he received the Robert W. Criscuolo Award.
He has both litigated and/or mediated hundreds of people successfully through their divorces and would be delighted to consult with you and help you with any kind of family matter.
Mr. Musulin has been reappointed to the NJSBA Family Law Executive Committee (FLEC) and will continue to be the liaison to Burlington County for the 2011-2012 year. He is also a member of the By-Laws and Children's Rights Subcommittees of FLEC for 2011-2012.
Christopher R. Musulin, Esquire, has been appointed Chair of the Membership Committee of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers New Jersey Chapter as of June 1, 2011.
